The EBRC Self-Employment Training (SET) program is a structured, group learning series designed to move you from that “light bulb” idea through the process of researching, planning, and firming up your creative business idea, including writing your business plan. Powered by an exciting interactive platform called GrowthWheel®, the SET program is designed in two levels.
SET Level 2 – You Have an Amazing Business Idea… Now What?
SET Level 2 is designed for those who have committed to developing their business idea with a structured planning platform.
-Designed to answer important question You have an amazing idea. Now what?
-Ten (10) modules totalling about 30 hours researching and preparing all critical aspects of a business plan.
-Modules include developing your concept and vision, strategic planning, product and/or service development, marketing research and tactics, financial planning and projections, staffing and more.
-Upon completion, participants will have created their own unique plan to guide them as they launch their business.
-While not required, many participants benefit from completing SET Level 1 to first determine if self-employment is right for them.
