Congratulations to Sara McLellan and her husband, Jay, on being named the Brant County Federation of Agriculture’s 2026 Farm of the Year at the annual banquet on March 7, 2026.
Alongside her role as General Manager of Enterprise Brant, Sara works with her family on their Brant County farm, where they operate J & S Farms, including J & S Grain Farms and Jaysar Dairy, with their son Alex.
The family was recognized for their dedication to sustainable farming, environmental stewardship, and strong community involvement. Jay and Alex also volunteer as firefighters at the Onondaga station, and the family actively supports local charity initiatives.
