Founded in 2022, the Team Petteplace Children’s Business Market has seen tremendous growth year after year! We started hosting an annual market in Clinton, Ontario and have now expanded to offering markets in Goderich and Wingham. We are proud to say that by the end of 2024 we will have provided this hands-on entrepreneurial experience to more than 100 children!
Team Petteplace Children’s Business Market is a two-hour, cash-only event where young entrepreneurs (ages 6-14) showcase their businesses. Participants can create business plans, sell products, and compete for awards in four categories. Community Futures Huron proudly supports this initiative, fostering the innovative spirit of Huron County’s youth.
