    • The business is unable to obtain adequate and reasonable financing from other lending sources

    • The business operates in Southern Ontario

    • The business has demonstrated job creation/retention for Southern Ontario residents

    • The business is suitable for public funding

    • The business has established a reasonable expectation of economic viability

    • The business has demonstrated the ability to repay funds advanced by SOFII

    • The business has secured the required matching funding through private investment, financial or equity partnerships or working capital.

    • You can provides evidence of your ability or experience to operate the business

    • The business is generating revenue
